DRAINAGE AREA.--33.9 square miles.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--June 1955 to March 1979, October 1979 to September 1980, October 1986 to current year.
DURATION STATISTIC COMPUTATION PERIOD.--All data through September 2015.
REGULATION.--Some regulation after 1955 by Lake Bancroft, formerly Alexandria Reservoir, on Holmes Run 3.6 miles upstream.
GAGE OPERATION.--U.S. Geological Survey, Virginia Water Science Center.
